Policies

Meals:  Breakfast is complimentary and included in the room rate.

 

Cancellation:

  • If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • In case of no-show, the total price will be charged.
  • In case of non refundable option if cancelled, modified or no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

Prepayment:  The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking.

 

Check in:  From 15:00 hours
Check out:  Until 11:00 hours

 

Children and extra beds:

  • Adults only hotel.
  • Cots (infant beds) are not available.

 

Pets:  Pets are allowed for an extra charge.

 

Accepted credit cards:  Majestic Hotel accepts these cards and reserves the right to pre-authorise your card prior to arrival: Visa / Mastercard / Diners Club International
